廣泛用于小家電、電子產(chǎn)品、儀器儀表、LED、通迅行業(yè)之手機(jī)、平板電腦、筆記本電腦、健盤、鼠標(biāo)、燈飾、打印機(jī)、電路板及其它小型化產(chǎn)品的鎖螺。


自動(dòng)鎖螺絲機(jī)特點(diǎn)

1.設(shè)備桌面型,可方便擺入生產(chǎn)線,標(biāo)配單頭雙Y軸工作平臺(tái)；

2.采用雙Y軸平臺(tái)全自動(dòng)交替作業(yè),機(jī)器可不停的工作，安全方便，速度快.作業(yè)效率高；

3.螺絲自動(dòng)整列、自動(dòng)供料，安全無(wú)噪聲，效率高達(dá)60粒每分鐘；

4.螺絲供料方式：供料機(jī)供料軌道均可根據(jù)螺絲大小自由調(diào)節(jié)，供料方式分為：a.
真空氣吸式b.吹氣式；

5. X.Y.Z軸均選用進(jìn)口步進(jìn)電機(jī)+滾珠絲杠+精密線性滑軌轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，可保證自動(dòng)鎖螺絲機(jī)的精度和穩(wěn)定性；

6.設(shè)備控制方面采用PLC+人機(jī)界面,鎖螺絲效率高,全中文編程界面，通俗易懂.
